2. Before visiting the website, its user (hereinafter referred to as User) accepts without any limitations and reservations the terms and conditions of Privacy Policy.
3. When using the Website, the User remains anonymous as long as the User wishes to. BN Office Solution shall do its best to guarantee the confidence of collecting, sending and storing personal data according to the provisions of the law.
4. In order to gain full access to some activities offered by BN Office Solutions on the Website, the User should fill in a registration form. Filling in the registration form and registering by following the instructions included in messages on the website or in the e-mail confirming the registration allows the User to: o Receive newsletters from BN Office Solution, o Access to the dedicated sections: for BN Office Solution partners, architects, journalists, o Taking part in contests organized by BN Office Solution

In case of the data sent to the User during filling in the registration form, which is mentioned in point 4, this data may be used only for the purposes stipulated in point 4 and for sending newsletters by BN Office Solution to the e-mail address provided by the User, also in relation to the purposes stipulated in point 4.

By filling in the registration form, which is mentioned in point 4, the User voluntarily agrees to have his/her personal data processed by BN Office Solution for the purposes stipulated in point 4 in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 29 Aug1997. The User has the right to inspect and correct his/her data as well as the right to express objection against their processing.
7. In order to ensure removal or modification of his/her data, the User should follow the instructions provided in the messages on the Website. If the User is unable to finish the process described in the messages then the User should contact the administrator of the Website by sending an email to: admin@bnos.pl.
8. This document relates only to the data gathered by BN Office Solution in scope of the Website. The wish expressed by the User to remove or modify his/her data by BN Office Solution, which are listed in point 7, concerns solely the aforementioned Website and BN Office Solution cannot bear responsibility for data processing that was rendered available by the User outside the Website.
9. The data gathered due to Server logs analysis (IP address, domain) are used only to conduct a statistical analysis of visits on the Website and to administer the BN Office Solution server.
10. Information provided on the Website can be modified without any limitations and without prior notice to the User.
11.Photos on the Website are the property of Nowy Styl Sp. z o.o. They can only be used upon the owner's consent.
